HrTech was founded on January 1, 2011. For more than 15 years, we help increase efficiency and performance through modern automation technologies. From grippers and loading stations to complete robotic solutions, our goal is to simplify production, reduce costs, and deliver reliable results to every customer.

We are based in Slovakia, where we were established out of a passion for innovation and a commitment to making automation accessible to both small and large companies. AGS Automation Greifsysteme Schwope GmbH was the first company we worked with as its representative in our market. Later, our portfolio expanded to include CRG Gripper Systems s.r.o. and Novacom SAS. Over time, we have grown into a trusted partner for manufacturers across various industries, providing tailor-made solutions based on real needs.

We operate in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Portugal, and France.

Production Hall

At the end of 2020, HrTech s.r.o. moved to new, modern premises that meet its requirements. The total floor area of ​​the building is 874m². The administrative part has two floors and makes up one third of the total floor plan together with spaces for showrooms, training and other functional activities. The remaining part of the building consists of production premises, which are divided into three parts. The first production part is intended for machine tools with accessories, the second storage part is equipped with a rack system with a clear distribution of parts and other material, and the last section is the production part intended for the assembly of equipment.

The building provides the right working conditions that contribute to the effective functioning of our team.

The energy efficiency of our production-administrative building has achieved an A0 rating in the global indicator. The project was focused on the use of technologies that in the long run meet the requirements for energy savings for heating and cooling. Air-to-water heat pumps in combination with air recuperation are installed in the building. The outer envelope of the building consists of structures that achieve an average heat transfer coefficient of 0.145W / m2K.
